- After Initial Visit:
- Pay As You Go: $40 per visit; $30 Seniors; paid each visit; per person.
- Monthly Payment Option $300 For the First Adult; $150 Additional Per Adult
- AFTER the First Month of Care AND ATTENDING Or Watching the Online ORIENTATION CLASS You Are Eligible For the:
- $90/170 per month, individual/family, auto debit MEMBERSHIP paid monthly
